APPLICATION SUPPORT (Code: App. Support-Your Name)
Key Responsibility:
- Support ERP and related program as a core Business Application and its related activities such as custom reports.
Successful candidate should has the following qualifications:
- University graduated in Computer Science, Informatic or Electronic Engineering
- Require strong knowledge and experience in ERP implementation
- At least 3 years work experience in a multinational company in similar position / tasks
- Hands on experience Business Application Programming, Business Process concept, ERP concept
- Standard Application Program (MS Office VBA, Lotus Notes Designer, etc.)
- English proficiency in conversation and report writing is required
- Analytical skill in troubleshooting of Business Application Program
- Good communication skill
- Must be able to work some evenings and weekends and to be available on short notice to resolve problem
